These Terms govern your use of the Google Workspace Editor Add-on Anviva DocGen (the “Service”) and related pages on anviva.ru. By installing, opening, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-on.
1. Operator and contact
The Service is operated by Anviva. For questions about these Terms, licensing, or support, email support@anviva.ru (anviva.ru domain). Operator website: https://anviva.ru/.
2. Description of the Service
Anviva DocGen is a Google Workspace add-on for generating documents from Google Sheets data and Google Docs templates (field masks, registries, and saving finished files to Google Drive). Access to features may be limited by a trial period or a paid license.
3. Your Google account and data
Your Google account, spreadsheets, templates, and generated documents remain in your Google account / Google Drive (or your organization’s Drive if you use a Workspace account). We process data through Google Apps Script on your behalf within the permissions you grant — as described in the Privacy Policy.
Google’s terms (including the Google Terms of Service and Google Workspace rules) continue to apply to your account and files independently of these Terms.
4. License and trial
After installation a trial period may be available; license status is shown in the add-on sidebar. A paid license grants the right to use the stated features for the agreed term. We may refuse activation, suspend, or limit access in case of abuse of the Service, a breach of these Terms, or a breach of Google’s requirements.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- use the Service lawfully and only with data you are entitled to access;
- not interfere with the Service, circumvent licensing, or misuse the infrastructure;
- keep your own backups of important spreadsheets, templates, and documents;
- comply with Google Workspace Marketplace rules and the terms of your Google account.
6. Google Workspace Marketplace
The Service is distributed via the Google Workspace Marketplace. Google is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the add-on’s operation, and does not provide support for it. A Marketplace listing does not mean Google endorses or warrants the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that generation will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every task you have. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before you use them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anviva is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data in your Drive, or consequences of errors in generated documents. The operator’s aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for a license in the preceding 12 months (or, if no fee was paid, to the reasonable minimum that the law allows). This does not exclude liability where it cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at https://anviva.ru/terms-en.html (Russian: https://anviva.ru/terms.html). The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a new version is published means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your place of residence require otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed by emailing support.
