This Policy describes what data is processed when you use the Google Workspace Editor Add-on Anviva DocGen (the “Service”) and related pages on anviva.ru. It is intended for Google Workspace Marketplace users and OAuth access scenarios involving Google APIs.
1. Operator
The Service is operated by Anviva. For privacy and support inquiries, email support@anviva.ru (anviva.ru domain).
2. What data we process
Depending on the features you use, the Service may process:
- Email address of the Google account you are signed in with.
- Contents of spreadsheets and documents in Google Sheets / Google Docs / Drive files to which you explicitly grant the Service access (for document generation, reading templates, field masks, registries, and related settings).
- License and trial metadata (status, installation identifiers, validity periods needed for license checks).
- Support request contents that you submit via add-on forms (“Support”, “Request license”): for example organization name, message text, and optionally an attachment (screenshot or log excerpt).
We do not request data beyond what is needed to provide the stated features and to respond to your inquiries.
3. Processing purposes and access scopes
Access via Google OAuth / Apps Script is used for the following purposes:
- Google Sheets — reading and writing registry data, parameters, and generation settings.
- Google Docs — working with templates and creating/filling final documents.
- Google Drive — creating, copying, and saving document files in your Drive.
- Send email — delivering support and license requests to the operator (at your initiative from the add-on UI).
- User interface (UI) — displaying the add-on menu and sidebar in Google editors.
The Service requests only those Google permissions required for the functions listed above. You may revoke access at any time in your Google account settings.
4. Where data is stored
- Working spreadsheets, templates, and generated documents remain in your Google Drive / Google Workspace (or your organization’s Drive if you use a corporate account). Processing runs through Google Apps Script on behalf of your account within the permissions you grant.
- Support messages and license requests that you send from the add-on go to the operator’s mailbox (support@anviva.ru) and are used to reply and to manage licenses.
- License/installation metadata may be stored in the operator’s infrastructure as needed to verify license status (without selling personal data to third parties).
5. Third-party sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to: (a) Google infrastructure as part of Apps Script / Workspace API operation; (b) where required by law; (c) providers that help us deliver support or manage licenses, subject to proportionate data protection.
6. Retention periods
- Data in your Sheets/Docs/Drive is retained by you; the Service does not take it “off-platform” beyond what is needed for the current operation.
- Support inquiries and related attachments are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable correspondence history (typically up to 24 months, unless law requires otherwise).
- License metadata — for the license term plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute resolution.
7. Your rights
You may:
- request information about data the operator holds in connection with support or licensing;
- ask to correct inaccuracies or delete inquiries/metadata where this does not conflict with lawful retention grounds;
- revoke the add-on’s access to your Google account via Google permission settings;
- uninstall the add-on from Google Workspace / Marketplace.
For requests, email support@anviva.ru with a subject such as “Anviva DocGen / personal data”.
8. Security
We rely on Google Workspace and Apps Script security controls and limit access to the support inbox. Absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed; if you suspect an incident, contact us at the address above.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use in Google Workspace and is not directed at children under 16.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at https://anviva.ru/privacy-en.html (Russian: https://anviva.ru/privacy.html). The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
